I make my own on my computer and home printer, but good outside places to visit include:
http://www.vistaprint.ca (Buisness cards, postcards, brochures, magnets--everything you could ever want for promotion)
http://www.kinkos.com (Print any document you design quite reasonably)
http://www.cafepress.com (Many promotion items you can design, including postcards, though I'm not sure what customization they allow)
http://www.earthlycharms.com (A lot of very well made, beautiful promotion items, including postcards)

You can get a good software program that has clip art and templates for business cards, and get the cardstock for your printer.
