Hello. This could be a mind boggling 100 page dissertation theorizing the answer you seek....However in today's time pressed world where people are forced to now borrow from the time they spend breathing, I will attempt an abbreviated but yet logical explanation to your question. Oh by the way, WHY did you ask!!!?
You asked:Just why????
I say: Just why not!
Look it even works if you use it in a sentence...so it must be the correct answer!!!
For example: Someone asked me... Why do you wear jeans that have holes in them? and I said... WHY NOT?
You asked why do we ask why?
I say: Just because .....we can!
Hey this answer works in a sentence too...
Someone asked me... WHY do you spend so much time on the internet? and I said... BECAUSE I CAN!
P.S. we are a curiously nosy bunch of people who like to ask a lot of questions but then don't really want to hear most the answers. Hope this helps!
