If you mean Perrotta is English because he holds a British passport, yes, I think he is the one. However:1) there's no such thing as an "English" passport and 2) You may hold more than two passports (I think Germany's Kevin Kuranyi holds 4 ) but you have only one country:that where your roots are. In Perrotta's case, I think that's Italy(because his name is Italian). But you are free not to share this position...
