I'd prefer to say the Red Sox will win the series. However, I think the Yankees will win the series at least 3 games to 2 or 4-1. The Red Sox pitching looks like it is sagging badly just when it is most needed. And the Yankees are scoring runs in bunches right now, it will be very hard for the Sox to win this series or make the playoffs at all this season unless the Yankees go into an extented tailspin(which I'm hoping for, but not expecting). Sorry, I really hope I'm wrong.

This is actually after the Yankees won today 13-5 (Saturday).....I will give you my answer assuming that the had not started yet.....I expect the series to come out a "push" 3-2 record and they keep chasing each other to the last day of the season........hopefully it will be the "Boston Massacre" of 1978 all over but I can only hope that is what happens.....that is what I would have told you prior to the start........also be holding my breath when Ortiz comes to bat and when a grounder heads in A-Rod's direction............GO YANKEES!!! STINKIN RED SOX!!!!

If we can come away from this with a 3-2 or even a 2-3 record.. It will all be good... Because when we meet in September, Wakefield will be healthy... Clement will be healthy... Trot Nixon will be trying to increase his free agency value..
I said this as the Sox take a 10-7 lead tonight

I'm gunni'n for the Yankees to take it. As to Wakefield and Clement coming on in Sept., The Yanks should have Matsui, and Sheffield back, as well as a deeper bullpen. We have all seen both teams implode in Sept., but I'm really hoping the Yankees take it all this year! GO YANKEES!!!!
