If so, has one ever gotten lost in the mail on the way to you? If so, how did you handle it? I am asking because I never got mine for this week; it was mailed out to me on Monday from a town about thirty miles away and it never got here. I went by the office and they said it was mailed out Monday and I should have gotten it. My neighbor got her's on the regular day but mine still hasn't come. What is the procedure when this happens? Thank you so much!

I would wait 5 business days and then tell them and they should issue you another one. Normally most business wait 5 business days for someone to receive things in the mail. I don't think you will have a problem getting another one. It was probably stolen or even lost in the mail and I'm sure they know these things can and do happen.

wait a few days and if it still hasn't come then simply call the ofice and they should handle it. Sorry.

I don't know. Why didn't you ask them the procedure at the office (they would know) instead of getting possibly inaccurate info
