my hands are always sweaty!!!!

if they are sweaty because you are tense, anxious, nervous, then getting to the root of the problem would be helpful rather than merely treating a symptom. in the interim try meditation and regular exercise. check out http://www.sahajayoga.com for a site that helps you with meditation. if you are "christian", try anyway to keep an open mind regarding the site. it is not a religous practice under discussion, but one that helps to relax and energize you properly. good luck :-)

You can try degree on your hands or there is a product that you can buy that is a solid antiperspirant that looks like a block of salt.I think you can get it at Wal-mart now if not try a natural food store they may carry it .It will last for months and I have heard it works well. something like the link below to give you an idea

I've geard of using botox treatments to control excessive sweating in the armpit area but I don;t know about the palms.

My brother has that. It can be cured with surgery. Sometimes botox works but my brother need some nerves cut or something. Sorry, I don't know what it's called.:(

i saw an article in a magazine and this girl had that and she was soaking her hands but i'm not sure what she was soaking them in. all i know is she eventually had to get surgery. you should talk to your doctor and see if there's anything you can do at home.
