The Chairman of the US Federal Reserve probably has more influence than any other single person as long as the planet stays relatively peaceful (i.e. right now).
During large conflicts reason tends to be tossed out of the window.

WATER WAS TRANSPORTED HERE FROM BOTH PLANETS BEFORE THE DISASTER STRUCK..
