It stopped rolling up and down.
Or do I have to take it in? About how much should that cost, if so?

Window motor regulator assembly is probably bad.. odds are you will have to take it to a dealer ship to be fixed.... should only be about an hour to an hour and a half labor plus the part....

try this slam the door a couple of times while your finger is on the up or down on the switch. Either the switch quit or the motor stopped working. By slamming the door, the motor brushes get loosened and the motor starts running. Motor is expensive switch is 1/3 the cost of the motor. Switch 30 to 40 dollars plus 12/15 dollars to install motor costs 125 to 200 dollars and 100 to put in

you dont want to, take it to a trustworthy mechanic because it could be the switch, or the regulator or the motor. and about 200 or so depending on whats bad

if you fix it yourself you need small hands and the window probably came off its track expect to get scraped up hands . if you get it fixed it will be a little pricy

see if a fuse is blown if not take in to a shop if u have no friends to try to help
