In my opinion, you're better off being loyal to your husband in thought, actions and deeds, both openly and in secret. It applies to men also, who tend to have wandering eyes and also might be prone to flirt.
I disagree that it "doesn't matter" when you alone or "with the girls."

I think it is just fine if you slightly flirt back since you dont know what your husband is doing when you are not around. So have a good time since you wont see this person again.

No, it's not wrong to flirt or be flirted with. You're a human being...it feels good. As long as it doesn't go past flirtation, you're fine.

well it can be disrespectful if you are with your husband. But if it is you and the girls then it is okay as long as you don't cross the line
