Somehow bulletins have been posted under my account that I did not post. I am pretty positive no one has my account log in info though. So does anyone know how or why this is happening?

"pretty positive" means there could very well be that possibility. I don't know how someone could have except through spyware or something, otherwise you could take legal action.

If it wasn't spyware and somehow they were posted under your account you can check the content of the bulletin to see if it's like anything that you would post, for example is it a topic you would post and how's the grammar in it? Is it like your own? If not it was probably done by someone themselves and any way it goes you should notify someone with authority on Myspace about this (ex. a moderator, administrator, ect)

If anyone has ever been around you (particularly lately) that saw you type in your info including password it's very possible that they could've memorized it.

What I would do if first reset your password (if the perpetrator hasn't done so him or herself already). Next do a virus scan on your computer and make sure all programs like them are up and running. If these unauthorized postings keep happening further contact Myspace authorities and see if they can pull up the information on when your account was logged into to compare to what you were doing at the time. From there you should be all set and the people on the site should help you out more since I'm not too familiar with it myself.

exchange your password, and supply up signing up for "MySpace Trackers" (they're all pretend) or "MySpace format" web pages (or the different internet site for that rely) that require you to offer out your MySpace log-in information.
