I think you should get the purple if you have blonde hair and blue eyes. The pink is okay but the red is horrible

That's hideous. It looks like every other formal dress. Red looks terrible on blondes.
I assume that since you are a swimmer you have fairly broad shoulders and not so much cleavage. I prefer a vintage look. Check out some of these

ehh it's alright. it's not a knock out dress and you could probably find better. keep this dress in a maybe pile and start looking around for others that can probably be more flattering and eye catching.
