What's the worst restaurant you have eaten at? Why?

La Coyotita....absolutile HORRIBLE! First there are cats....with marbles for eyes and some with....ONE EYE! and they wust walk around meowing an ugly meow. Then the restrooms are in the back and they are decent sized, but the worst unsanitary disease ridden rat-hole EVER! the food is below average (still has blood and the lettuce tastes like dirt) the only nice thing about it, is they attempt to put a nice water fountain, with nasty smelly algae and dead fish. Ifthe food doesnt kill you, the bill will.


its brought back lots of memories just thinking about it! I dont even remember what the food was supposed to be!

It probably wasn't the restaurant but what we ordered - it was a little diner in North Carolina and we ordered a lunch special - croaker. Neither of us knew what it was and decided to try it. We had no clue how to eat this whole bony fish that appeared in front of us, but we laughed about it a great deal!!

There is this restaurant in Chicago called Melrose. First my salad was old, and second I found a long hair in my Pasta Alfredo, is was so disgusting, that I walked out after complaiting to the owner.

McDonald's in Newton Falls, Ohio. The food was cold and the order wrong, plus the restaurant reeked of rotting meat. I was nearly afraid to eat it.

I love IHOP for breakfast but one time we went there for dinner and ordered porkchops and they came to the table and they were purple. Waffle House has got to be my least favorite one though. The first and last time I went to one the table was sticky, there were dead cockroaches on the floor the patrons were acting weird, the waitress was rude, the food was terrible and they don't even serve waffles.

It was a Mexican restaurant and we ordered fajitas. They were the exact same fajitas I had tasted earlier in the day at sample table in Sam's Wholesale Club.

Denny's. my steak was barely cooked on one side, raw on the other. a hair was in my hash browns. a huge mosquito was in my husbands drink. the milk they brought for my son was sour. they forgot to bring my husband his order, and there were at least a 100 ppl there and only ONE cook, and ONE waiter. No manager was on duty and when i refused to eat the food they brought OR pay for the nastiness they called a meal...they said they would call the cops on us for non-payment. i sat there and said, "go ahead..call the cops. and when they see the crap you served who do you think they are going to believe?".
the waiter then tried to remove the food before he called authorities. when he tried to take my plate i pushed his hand away, and the waiter grabbed me by my shoulders, pulled me out of the booth and and turned again to get my plate. but my husband had him on the floor 2 seconds later. (he's a cop).
i pressed charges on the waiter for assault, he grabbed me so hard i had bruises on my shoulders.
not long after that the heath inspectors shut down that restaurant.
every person that was there that day left without paying OR eating their nasty meal. it was a HUGE scandal.

i refuse to eat at ANY Denny's now.

Mcdonalds, any mcydees, well, the place was really dirty and the food sucked, they even messed up the simplest order in the history of the world... a yogurt parfay (spelling, sorry I'm really out of it today.).

ANY McDonalds in Manhattan NYC.....Way overpriced, crappy flavor and service...

WHen in the big apple...best to hit a deli or something out in Chinatown.....maybe little italy (but be prepared to spend)
