I use a credit card. I haven't had a problem getting the merchandise, but if something isn't to my satisfaction and I return it, the credit card is credited once the company gets the stuff back--just like at a store.

if you call the company and tell them you did not receive it, they will either reship or credit your account. they can also track it, tell you when it left the facility---and maybe you just expected it sooner. also, if it does come, and you don't want it--just refuse it. when the company gets it back they have no choice but to credit your charge. these things can take a couple weeks--to show up as a credit on your charge.

That's easy, put a dispute with your credit card company, first the credit card give you the credit back of your amount. then they investigated. by tracking the order, they will know the goods deliver or not by tracking the ship company like UPS,FEDDEX,or USPS

usually the same way you paid or by way of a reimbursement check off of the account of the vendor---i wouldn't order something from someone you don't think is a reputable business though and then threaten to report them to the bbb if they don't give it back
