black smoke would mean it's burning too rich, typically if it's burning oil then teh smoke would be white. as far as black liquid where does it come out the tail pipe below the engine ? it woudl be also nice if you noted teh make model and year of the car. there could be many problems there is no point in speculating at this point.

Sounds like your missing.....did you do any work lately...The black smoke is probably just carbon blowing off your valves from the hard revving. The liquid could be condensation or unburnt fuel.

No your vehicle ought to not rev that top. 6-one thousand rpm is a technique 8 cly. might want to be like 650rpms yet a 4cly will rev. larger. it feels like you opt for a throttle positioning senor . yet when the vehicle is chilly it truly is going to rev larger untill it reaches opt for temp. flow to vehicle zone and ask them for a fee diagnostic verify. they do it for fee.

1. do you have rev limiter? have it checked, maybe it was adjusted only up to 2500rpm
2. if you have a carburettor, have it cleaned and serviced
3. have your engine timed
4. check fuel filter, maybe clogged or fuel line/ tank might have water
