I find this very interesting. in a time where the Catholic church refuses to allow women to become priets (or rather perform the duties of a priest~~and use the Bible to reinforce this ....

Even if she was a prostitute, it seems that she changed her way of life. Isn't that part of the Christian belief, that one can change? She could have been both - a prostitute who became an apostle. she could have been neither. She could have been one of them. She could have been the wife of Jesus. The reality is we can never know for sure.

I was born, baptized, raised and am a Roman Catholic. I do believe that Mary Magdalene was not a prostitute (The Roman Catholic Church has confirmed this) and that she actually was an Apostle of Jesus. I also believe that she was the wife of Jesus and that she has composed another Gospel, one that has not been approved by the College of Cardinals as an acceptable book for print in the New Testament of the Bible. The Roman Catholic Church as well as the Eastern Orthodox Church knows this but has chosen to keep it from their followers.

not all the gospels were written through Jews. Luke became a gentile. The early Christians were not pagans who worshipped Jesus. The trinity became not made up yet. there have been many pretend messiahs, so the early Christians were no diverse than the different gullible Jew who fell for the pretend messiahs claims. Christians are almost continuously pagans now, so if a Jew believes Jesus he's likewise a pagan. Jesus has not something to do with Judaism, clone of Buddha has not something to do with Christianity. To trust Jesus is the messiah is to reject G-d in view that G-d made it sparkling contained in the Tanakh(previous testomony) who the messiah is and what he will do. Jesus did not something, infact he dousnt even come close to to installation the outline of the messiah. It even says contained in the gospel that Jesus broke the sabbath, insulted his mom and enable a woman contact his legs. fairly glaring he's not the messiah.

There were two mary magdalens, one was infact a prostitute and jesus's "lover" was confused with this one and even after everything was straightened out mary magdalen was stuck with that reputation. Do some deep research and youll see that this is the closest to the truth about that

Mary Magdaleine was an apostle. It is only natural that jesus was attracted to her. Jesus was hot too, after all. they were the perfect couple. that's why everyone was jealous of them and cruxified him because of the power of their kingly dynasty. when i look at the last supper, i see an attractive chick next to jesus. see for yourself.

It makes sense. All stories passed down are altered to suit the desires of the person telling them. I can't imagine the story of Jesus is all truth and fact at this point along the generations.
All in all though, everyone will continue to believe whatever makes them feel good about themeself and the way they live their life, so does it really matter?

Who knows? Dan Browns book really made me think, something the church fervently frowns upon.
