Here in Czech Republic, the general view about Polish people is that they are street traders.During communism,Poles were adapt at wheeling and dealing and used to come here to sell bits and pieces from the sidewalk.Otherwise there's not much of an opinion at all.Don't forget that parts of northern CZ [Silesian region] was previously in Poland. Most of the current population of this area are ethnic Poles with Polish names.

Well I'm not Czech and I'm not Polish.....I am Slovak but i was born and still live in Australia......And i haven't heard any Czech or polish person say anything bad about each others people or country. Even when i visited both those countries with friends. I don't understand why people always want to bring up the past.....History is exactly that......History.

I suspect that they coexist peacefully as you don't hear about them squaring off at the UN and complaining about each other.
