Princeton University does not have a law school.
Here is the list of graduate programs:
Graduate Studies
Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)
The Ph.D. is a research degree and the highest degree offered by the University. All departments and schools offer admission to a program leading to the Ph.D. In several cases, interdepartmental programs award the Ph.D. through a participating department.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Masters Degrees
The University awards the following as final professional degrees: Master of Architecture (M.Arch.), Master of Engineering (M.Eng.), Master in Finance (M.Fin.), Master of Science in Engineering (M.S.E.), Master of Science (in Chemistry, M.S.), Master in Public Affairs (M.P.A.), Master in Public Policy (M.P.P.) and Master in Public Affairs and Urban and Regional Planning (M.P.A.-U.R.P.).

Students may enroll for the Master of Arts (M.A.) as a final degree only in Near Eastern studies. In all other fields of study, the Master of Arts (or, in the Composition section of the Department of Music, the Master of Fine Arts) is awarded as an incidental degree. Each department sets its own requirements for the award of the M.A.

The second reference is to an NTIS document that is somehow connected to "wws" at Princeton which would be the Woodrow Wilson School of International Affairs.

The third reference is to the publication by a conference which lists a Princeton professor or graduate student: Decision-Analytic Evaluation of the SPS Program/A. Blair Ireland, Princeton University, pg. 301 (in 1982) Apparently they have a conference here every hear ( I have lived in Princeton most of my life and I was not aware of it. That doesn't mean anything.)
You might try to contact Prof. Michael Oppenheimer at: http://geoweb.princeton.edu/people/faculty/oppenheimer/vita.html and see if they are running a doctoral program in this area. Or you could try to get in touch with James Dunstan who was the First Chairman of the Georgetown Space Law Group who is listed on the following Webpage: http://gsblaw.com/people/bio.asp?EmployeeID=D099529446

It looks like a PhD program if one exists, through the Woody Wilson School, not a D.J.
Good luck! Sounds fascinating!
