Other countries play baseball too, like the U.S.has leagues that play cricket it's just that not many people know about it

I guess after the War of Independence in America, Americans wanted to disassociate themselves as much a possible from the rest of the world. It continues to this day, except where oil supplies may be affected.

people from us have their own games like baseball and ice hockey in the last world cup the us team came to play but there were many indians in the team

as an aussie why would you yanks want to learn how to play cricket at world level?It would take years to bring you up to a competitive standard and even then you would not beat zimbabwe or bangladesh.You would still run a poor last.So i would suggest you leave "the gentlemens game" to us the english,the indians the srilankans etc etc etc
