I'm looking, but seems you missed out on a few options.. not even sure if you were in those locations. Anyway, the best option now seems to be to do this:
SEND A STANDARD VHS or mini DV videotapes (no longer than 5 min.) to:

*** PUT YOUR GOAL IN THE SUBJECT LINE***

u actually have to AUDITION to be on the show. millions of ppl audition, u have to have a spark they are looking for. they came to my school, and my friend got picked.
