This might be a sorta of weird question but does anyone know a good way to clean retainers? if so suggestions are VERY welcomed!!!

Buy Efferdent - it's for dentures!
Fill a container big enough to fit the retainer (but not too big) with very warm water, then add one Efferdent tablet. Put your retainer on top, and let it sit until the water changes color to a light blue usually (depends on the type of tablet you buy - it'll say on the back). It should be completely clean and fresh! You never want to use very hot water on a retainer because it can change the shape of it.

I had braces for 4 years then had to wear a retainer for 2. What I would do in the morning when I took it out was brush it with toothpaste and a toothbrush the same way you would teeth. It cleans them plus when you put it back in at night its minty fresh!

Use Efferdent tablet, drop the retainer in a cup with warm water and let the fizz bubbles do the work. Brush and rinse.

When I got my retainer I was told to soak it in the effervescent denture cleaners. Its made for dental appliances so it shouldn't be too harsh. Brushing it with toothbrush may be too abrasive. Soap is just a bad idea, who wants to have the taste of soap in their mouths.

I think the best way to clean a retainer is with soap and water. And then maybe put it in mouthwash that way it doesn't taste like soap!

I used polident foaming pill things and soaked it over night like grandpa did his teeth... brushed it now and a gain with toothbrush and paste...

Brush it with a toothbrush and toothpaste.
Then soak it in Mouthwash.

my little brother had one when we were kids. I peed on that thing everyday for a year, it was so shiny,hehehehe.
