How come there aren't any cartoon characters on healthy food labels like spinach as compared to junk food?

Actually, they do, in fact, have Popeye brand spinach. It's been around ever since I was little (early 80's) as far as I know. As a matter of fact, here's a picture of it below:

Because the canned food industry doesn't have enough of a budget to advertise any more than it already does, which is not much.

Spongebob is on those little packets of baby carrots in my grocery, but that's about it.
