Why is it that myspace gets so much attention, when there are so many sites just like it?

The do a good job on their marketing. They give people a reason to want a blog more than just telling people what a blog is and what they can do with it.

They simply capitalized on a concept that other innovators of technology marketing have been using for decades. When television was first invented, most people asked themselves why would they want to see live action inside of a silly little box when they can go to a play or a sporting event and see it in person. When the phone was invented, people would often think to themselves how stupid the concept was when you could just go visit whoever you needed to talk to. So the way that these devices were marketed made a big difference in how they went from pricey luxuries to household necessities.

becuz it is so popular and its the first 1 and its even talk about with celebrities and teens canput there own layouts and stuff u just can't get any where else and for that comment about getting raped YOU ARE WRONG and that was not nessasary

I like it because it keeps me connected to people, new and old. I get approached by people I went to high school and college with every once and awhile.
