Well, the downtown connector in Atlanta is pretty busy all the time. (When I-75 and I-85 merge and run through the middle of the city.)
I-285 around Atlanta, I'd think...not sure whether that's considered a "street", since it's just a bypass.
Jimmy Carter Boulevard in Norcross is also real busy.
Peachtree Street, of course.
And I'd think that both Broad Street and the Washington Road in Augusta are among the busiest.
