a labtop you could make wireless by buying the internet from any company sprint,verizon. but i was just wondering is there any device that you could use to make your desktop wireless. and be able to use it everywhere you want.?

You need to get a wireless pci card for your desktop that will communicate with a router that connects to your internet.

You need to get a wireless card. And I assume you are talking about a laptop, not a lovable dog who wants to sit on your lap. If you want this at home, you will need to set up a wireless router too.
