Here is an *approximation* of part of a stand-up comedy routine delivered by a young, black man several years ago.
Man, there's so much racism in this country, so much homophobia. Check it out -- you know gay people keep saying that being gay is just like being black? Wait a minute! Waitaminutewaitaminutewaitaminute! It's not the same thing, dig? No black dude ever goes to his parents and says, "Mom, Dad, I've got something important to tell you. I'm black." .... "Say WHAT?!?!? ....... How long has this been going on?!? ........ Have you been hanging around with those colored boys down by the Naval Yards?!?"

I'm sure there is, but due to the "Don't ask/Don't tell" they don't know about it.
How is it a factor who someone sleeps with? There are men dating/having sex with/married to ugly fat women, and no one questions their competency! But then again, men are homophobic, and think that all gay men want to "tap" them. Hate to burst your bubble, but most gay men aren't attracted to straight men.
