What general age are Heelys or Wheelies designed for?

I saw some in sizes up to ten, but then again I know a grade three student who has size eight feet...

Oh, and to the first answer: I am under 14.
To the second: I'll figure that out soon enough.

generally ages 4-14 i havnt seen anyone else that is over 14 wearing heelys with all do respect

they are not good for you... they use the wrong muscles in your legs causing them to be strained and you can do some damage...
