Spy bot search and destroy and ad-aware are both junk.Totally worthless. I highly recommend you download SUPERantispyware. It will fix that problem. It is VERY VERY effective and it is free

Ultimate Defender is a rogue anti-spyware program, a program that advertises itself as anti-spyware program when in actuallity it installs spyware. There are two ways that I would recommend to remove it:

Option number one: Remove it manually.
