According to the book, nobody knows what a boggart really looks like because it changes shapes.

If you mean the "worst fear creature" from Harry potter, you mean a Boggart, I would imagine it would look like a ghostly creature, a cloud of smoke like ghost probably has visible eyes, but no arms or legs...

last answer is right- it changes into whatever you most fear so for you it would look different than for me. and i've seen it spelled both ways too.
