WELL I JUST STARTED DIVING A FEW WEEKS AGO AND I KINDA WAN'T TO LOOSE SOME WEIGHT!!!

Sorry, diving all by itself won't do it, but if you throw in some distance laps, and have a piece of fruit instead of a doughnut after training, the weight will start to come off.

Well, you would lost weight by diving, but be carful, don't dive with an empty stomage, from my own experience. The diving take a lot energie from your body but you dont feel it and you sweat under the water but you dont feel it. With the right controll and the right nutritien you can lost a lot pound's.

Yes, well it might not make you stick skinny but nobody wants to be a pencil but it will help you loose weight and gain muscle take this from a swimmer

slim maybe, but definately not skinny unless you are not eating enough. Your body loses a lot of heat in water so the body will build up a fat layer to prevent heat loss. Don't worry you'll get toned and lose a bit of fat in the process.

Exercise makes you lose weight, along with a good diet. im sure diving, being exercise will help.
