Depends where you live. If you live in a nice laid back place, go ahead, party a few times. BUT SCHOOL COMES FIRST! I'm going to be a junior in September and well, I messed up a few of my classes freshman year, but I'm picking it back up to 90s. My freshman years was pretty much going out and having fun until late at night.

If you want to go out, go out during the daytime but be home by sunset! Plus if you want to go to parties, try getting one of the parents to drive you home, because it's dangerous at night! I used to be so carefree when I was a freshman, but then one night I got robbed, and two weeks later after that I got robbed again (only in the daytime instead). So never flash anything expensive, and never stay out too late at night (be home by max 6:30 when day light savings is off, home by max 8 when daylight sayings is on).

BE CAREFUL! Oh and no drinking, drugs, or sex. The first two will screw up with your mind (weed apparently makes you lose your memory), and the other one will f*ck up your life.

Other than that, happy partying!

That depends. Alcohol - 21, just hanging out with friends while parents are close by - 13, hanging out without parents around - 18.

It depends on the maturity of the person. What is going on at these parties ? If there is drugs , than no one should be going to these parties.

Depends on what you mean by go out and party? I wont let my kids "go out" until they are old enough to drive themselves home if they ever get in a bad situation. That way they dont ever have to depend on someone else to get them home.
