yeah, its this thing called class.

something the italian team had little of.

Football shows alot of character, you can usually tell the aholes from the people with class just by the way they score. If you see Pele, Ronaldo, Zidane, Henry and many others score a goal they usually aren't all over the place and getting in people's faces.

However, Ronaldinho isn't always so humble so it doesn't apply to everyone. Maybe he's just an @sshole. But that's blasphemous. :-) It may just be that the stuff he does is so out of the ordinary and crazy that he astonishes himself. Who knows?

Yeh.I ve noticed. That's a really good quality in him-modesty.He's known to be shy and doesnt like much media attention. He usually shares a good chemistry with most players. He is also known to be a family man. That has made me respect me even more. Many football players lack these qualities today. These good qualities sets Zizou apart from many other players.
ZIZOU,UR THE BEST!!

Most definitely. He though, is known to those that know him very well on a personal level to be a very humble man with high principles and morals and high family values. The incident that has people disliking him for a what ever reason is not a true indication of his character according to those players and friends from his previous clubs who know him far better than anyone here. They have very high regard for him in all aspects.

zz is simply the best. he's not only the greatest footballer (for me at least) but he's also a decent human being. he's modest, well grounded, proud of his roots. andygurl is right about the headbutt, it doesn't define who zz is. his inspiring game and the way he conducts himself outside of the pitch, i think that's the true zidane legacy.
