what are the weights on the inside of the front and rear rim supposed to equal out to? somehow mine disappeared and i need to improvise. ive tried to ride without them but i end up floating all over the place. and when i take turns i end up going wide.

Wheel weights just balance your wheel, your running wide has nothing to do with them. In fact unless you have wheels that are not well balanced from the factory castings you may not need them at all. If your bike is vibrating from the wheels at higher speed, have them rebalanced if not run it. Check your tire pressure low tire pressure causes the bike to steer poorly. If all this is correct raise your fork tubes in the triple trees 5mm that will allow it to steer quicker and hold the line w/o running wide.

there is no definate weight. Basically they are there to balance the wheel. If you lose them jsut bring it back and have the wheel rebalanced. Typically they use standard clips so if you know the location you coudl pick up a few from the dealer and clip them back in the right place.
