I don't think so. It's just that people usually use caps for emphasis on one or two words that help express the main point of what they are saying. But I think I can see what you're trying to say....it can sort of seem kinda heavy, or overly loud for just a basic or normal statement that's being made. It could seem overdone.

yes because people read type by shape more than actual letters so capitals take 20% longer to read and are harder to understand. plus common conception is that when you type in caps you are yelling or talking loudly for emphasis.
