vitamin E is very good for your skin. i would not rub the tablet DIRECTLY on the skin, but would rather put it in a lotion or creme to rub on. the Vitamin E could be a little harsh if it's applied in concentrate.

You have taken a correct decision by buying Evion. But it is a Capsule and not a tablet. It comes in two strenghs namely,Evion 200 and Evion 400.The 200 mg Capsule is generally used for children below 12 years and the 400 mg Capsule is used for adults. In both the cases the dosage is only one capsule per day.One can break the Capsule and use the oil inside for external application in cases of dry skin and other conditions as adviced by skin-specialists for a glowing clear skin.

Yes i have before, but what i would reccomend the most would be to go out and get a jar of JAMIESON LABORATORIES VITAMIN E ULTRA RICH MOISTURE CREAM. This stuff works so well!! It's in an orange and white container it's for dry to very dry skin. The reason it works so well is because it has 30 000 IU's in it and not to mention it also reduces wrinkles. YES!! WRINKLES... so go out to the drug store and get some, you'll never regreet it!!
