alittle so but everytime we had a problem they fixed it . Been with them 10 years

I thought it was pretty funny when they were supposed to come out for a consultation appointment and they couldn't find out house. Not only did we give them turn by turn instructions, but the guy called 2x--- after 2 hours we said screw it and we ended up going with Brinks-- who could find us.
How can they protect us if they can't find us!

If you have DSL you have to filter the monitoring box just like you do your regular phones.
