Yes, they get worse with age. They get worse due to the aggregation of collagen fibrils in the vitreous. This process is facilitated by the loss of viscosity of the vitreous as it ages. With this being said, floaters can also be a sign of something more serious (i.e. retinal detachment), so if you have problems with them becoming worse (especially suddenly worse), see a doc.

I'm 53 and had developed eye floaters about 4 or 5 years ago. The doctors told me that they're harmless, but whoever has had them knows how annoying they are. They also said that I could have them "burned off" with laser surgery, but there was no way I was going to "burn" anything off my eyes! So I kind of accepted that my floaters were there to stay.

Then I came across this system, and seeing that you were offering a full money back guarantee, I figured I had nothing to lose well I was wrong - I did lose my floaters!! Oh my god I still can't believe my floaters are gone and my vision is as pristine as it was 5 years ago!

Getting rid of eye floaters without the high costs & dangers of laser treatments?

Eye floaters are a common occurance. If you all of a sudden get a large amount of them then it is perhaps a detaching retina. If you just have some, and yes they do get worse with age. As the viterous body of the eye ages it tends to pull away from the retina. This causes these free fragments you see as floaters.

Yes, my husband has them as well. You really notice them when its very bright out or in fluorescent light. They can be annoying and sometimes it gets bad then they go away then I get new ones. IF you notice them getting worse or you get (intense or non) flashes this could signal a detached retina. See an eye doctor and they can make sure everything is okay.

Good Luck :-)
