yes betwenn, 1,500, single to married around 2,700 dollars a month, rule 2 you must live in the house for 10 years straight no ifs and or butts-- no subletiing etc, if you even attempted too find a big enough place and wanted too rent a room for extra cash forget it if you do you will, lose everything a lot of people have tried they find out very very strick!! 2, you can only own 2 veichles at a time etc, and al of the current utilities you for out for gas electric water phone etc.

Yes I believe so. There has to be. It would be ridiculous to let a millionaire get a HUD home.

No..the only stipulations I know are you must be working for 1 full year and have filed income tax and have a good credit history if that at all makes sense.
