evolution is the process where in a population of organisms adapt to change in order to survive and proliferate. the diversity of vegetables, fruits and meat that we eat, we can owe to evolution. such differences evolve from the different organisms because it will help them survive.

for example, fruits are have tasty and nutritious pulp or meat in order to attract animals that will eat them. then, the seeds will be excreted by the animals into a different location, thus allowing the seed to grow and become a new tree. thus, the species will continue to proliferate.

and then, when man came, they tried to eat different kinds of food and those that taste good and make us healthy are chosen for us to eat. and those that did not taste good and not much nutritional value were not eaten anymore.

Actually, to some degree, it is the opposite. We evolved to appreciate those taste because they are the mark of things that are nutritious. The pleasure we have from tasting something good is just a way that got there to ensure we'd eat the good stuff and not touch the unripe fruits -- which taste bad to us, because this is how we are supposed to conclude that they are not good yet.

Plants want their fruit eaten to disperse their seeds. Meet is tasty because it is nutritious--we like its taste due to evolution.

Too much called evolution. I like the phrase "natural selection" or "survival of the fittest".
