yes, as a matter of fact, he probably is. when he was a puppy, we took him to petsmart, and put him in the basket. well he stood up in the basket, and then fell out and hit his head. poor little guy. i dont know if this was a direct result from his fall, but now he has seizures and is on medication for the rest of his life, he is probably blind, and only 4 yrs old. but he's the cutest and i still love him!
