First of all... I would talk to your health care provider to see what you can do... make sure that both you and your wife are capable of producing children without the aid of conceptives. Now... there are a few things you need to take into consideration when it comes to conception. Sometimes it's the little things that can effect how easy/difficult it is going to be for you two to conceive.
DO...
... wear loose fitting cloths (the sperm is meant to be at a cooler temp than your body... so it actually increases the sperm count a little)
... eat and drink healthy (both of you)
DON'T...
... drink (alcohol)
... do drugs (of any kind... unless prescribed or over the counter like pain-relievers or something)
... smoke (it decreases your sperm count)
Also... my health care provider told me to try to wean away from any type of caffeine if possible... and that I should avoid both caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee as much as possible. He said that caffeine can interfere with the egg’s ability to become implanted in a woman’s uterus. When it comes to intercourse... my doctor suggested that the missionary position is one of the best positions. This position gives you deep penetration and places the sperm closer to the cervix... and she can use a pillow if she would like. Also try not to stress yourself out too much about trying to conceive... that is what makes conception much more difficult than it should be. Of course try to conceive means that you have to have sex around her ovulation time... anywhere between 10-16 after the first day of her period. I hope this helps. Good luck!!

Honestly as long as there is no medical problems the best bet is to have intercoarse alot. Sounds funny but it's so true.
Me and my wife have been married 6 years, both healthy and young im 26 she's 24. She is in her 3rd month now and we are expecting in Feb.
We tried for 3 years to have a child and failed. We gave up roughly a year ago deciding we would just wait awhile. We tried timing her periods, eating certain foods, different positions, and even holding in the semen. Nothing worked.
The thing that worked was so simple I had to laugh.
We just had a great month of sex that lead to her pregnancy.
It was just a simple increase in activity that did it.
BtW.. I always shower Hot, I wear boxers AND briefs, I tend to ejaculate at least once a day ( for people who say to save your sperm? )
Also as for the Thc lowering sperm count, Well im having a baby so nuff said.
And it is scientifically proven gravity does not help the sperm move. The muscles in the vagina prevent this. It's like drinking a cup of water upside down, the muscles do the work and gravity has to bend to our will Hehe.

Well I have never had a problem with getting pregnant but I have read that wearing boxers help and the sexual position (doggie style) is really good for conceiving. Also marijuana causes men to have low sperm count so if you enjoy blunts, cut back or stop all together.

To conceive you must have sex on a day that her eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into her mouth and check her body temperature every morning before she start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that her eggs are being released. If you want to get her pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. You must ejaculate on your inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
After having sex she must stay in bed for about 30 mins with her knees bent up with a pillow under her buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
You must save your sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

We tried for a year before we conceived successfully. If you happen to smoke pot, you should stop. This hinders sperm production.
Also, it may be a coincidence, but the day we conceived we had sex in the morning, which was unusual for us. I suggested this to a friend who was also having trouble conceiving and it worked for her too. Good luck!

if you are not sterile and your wife is fertile, you can always figure out her most fertile days, or by a fertility test kit, having alot of sex may nopt be the best option, the more u have sex the it lowers your sperm quantity, or sperm count, missionary style is usaully the best way but position really doesnt matter as long as penetration is made. good luck keep plugging away hope it happens for you

Best position is with her lying down flat and not getting up or moving from the bed for awhile after you have come in her. That way the sperm will have time to find their way to an egg more easily.

The only thing that i know of that isnt common sense is that I have HEARD that if the male takes really hot showers it kills the sperm. It may or may not be true but when my best friend was trying to concieve she was told that and her husband quit taking really hot bathes and two weeks later she concieved! Wow, makes you wonder

Well lets see/ I am a woman and have not had a problem but that dosent mean every woman is like me. Maybe it is not you but her. There might be hormone problems or chemical imbalances you just never know. I would try to consult with a doctor and see what happens. Sometimes it just takes time and maybe the right time in your life. you just never know
