If you are making it out of cloth then Hancock's or any fabric shop that sells patterns might be worth checking out.Hancock's has a sale on patterns every week and they have all brands like Simplicity,McCall's,Butterick,etc.They also have yarn and most anything you need.Also Wal-mart has a selection of patterns,cloth,yarn,etc.in their craft section.

spotlight usually has pattern books for accessories and hats and things... u might even be able to find a pattern book for just hats?and they'll have the yarn and everything you'll need to make it as well.

I think you can purchase one like it. But, you might want to check out the library or Barnes and Nobles for pattern books.
