Da Porci, Sage of Padua, I sing
(Come, Muse, this form is hard, give me a hand!)
The one who is the best at everything,
A polymath, the greatest in his land.
(Come, Muse, this form is hard, give me a hand -
I've never tried to write pantoums before.)
A polymath, the greatest in his land;
Da Porci is the most tremendous boar.
I've never tried to write pantoums before,
I know a pig who surely will have done.
Da Porci is the most tremendous boar,
And his will be the greatest 'neath the sun.
I know a pig who surely will have done
Whatever arty feat you care to name
And his will be the greatest 'neath the sun,
All others are eclipsed and put to shame.
Whatever arty feat you care to name,
In sculpture, music, painting, poetry,
All others are eclipsed and put to shame;
Da Porci's are the works to hear and see.
In sculpture, music, painting, poetry,
In mathematics, ballet, football, chess,
Da Porci's are the works to hear and see;
He's mastered all of culture, more or less.
In mathematics, ballet, football, chess,
He's probably the greatest of all time.
He's mastered all of culture, more or less -
For a pig to be so gifted is a crime.
He's probably the greatest of all time,
An all-round genius without parallel.
For a pig to be so gifted is a crime.
The smellicopter’s his design as well!
And so on...

A pantoum poem has a line scheme that a rhyme scheme. It goes like this: 1234 2546 5768 7381. You can have it in free styles: rhyme, scan or free. I've mostly done free. I've included an example of one of my pantoums just for you.
Take Me Away
Take me away from here,
The stress is so unbearable,
It's not healthy for my soul,
Too much violence and war in the city.
The stress is so unbearable,
City life is way to much for me,
Too much violence and war in the city,
Country life is my preference.
City life is way too much for me,
A new beginning in rural 'burds,
Country life is my preference,
A safer, quieter home.
A new beginning in rural 'burbs,
It's not healthy for my soul,
A safer, quieter home,
Take me away from here.

There are no true examples in English, but Wikipedia has a definition if that'll help. I'll also include another link I found while looking around for you.
Hope it helps.
