I really want to make my thighs skinner and i need the fastest way. im 14 years old weigh 97 pounds and im 5' do you think thats just right or not

first, dear you are NOT fat. never let people tell you that, ok?

to slim thighs, try using a bicycle or stationary bike. also, running and sprinting are good for the lower body and heart. yoga works great for me!

Ur bmi is healthy (and is on the down side) the healthy weight range for u is between 82 - 122 lbs. U don't need to lose weight at all. i think u might need to put on a lil. ur sound pretty skinny.

well first of all im like da same height and weight as you, but im not comfortable wit it because i know its not good to be dat skinny, so i actually am trying gain. i really think you shouldnt try and loose weight, even in your thighs. but i understand if ur not comfortable wit urself.

well my friend is pretty much the same height and she did cross country, and after like a week, or less she told me that it seemed dat her thighs didnt touch as much, compared to before she did cross country

what is it with teens and their bodys,i think the problem is skinny models and e1 wanting bodies like them,but to answer your question try running,cycling,and a stepper all 3 are good for toning the thighs.also seeing as you still at school try joining some sport clubs most schools offer them during lunch breaks or after school.

That's actually 3 lbs under the 'ideal' weight (thought it is still healthy.) Try not to lose any more.

you are right but need more weight like me i need to gain like 40 pounds i weight 45 pounds and im 11

If ur 97lbs. u need to concentrate on GAINING at least 15.
Do what makes u feel good, but do it healthy.
