Guys like girls that are themselves, true to themselves and that like themselves and like living life and want to live it with the guy.
That girl comes in a lot of different personality trait matrices.
I recommend that you not focus on what guys want but focus on being yourself. Get to know what you like and get it and express it. Like yourself. Enjoy your life and then choose a guy and share yourself with him. Figure out what you like in a guy and find that guy to share with.
That works better than finding out what guys like and trying to become that.

Different men have different tastes. The same man can have different tastes depending on where he is in his life.
In general, men value physical attractiveness, friendliness, a sense of humor, and a moderate amount of independence in women. Though I am sure some men would disagree :)
