Do you think that people who have degree on a study and work with people, such as psychologist,orthophonist, therapist, teacher, actually help their clients who have big problems or take their money away by pretending to help without no improve of this poor person?

Also all their heart and enjoying very much hepling people or steal people money by lying that he or she actually helps but don't care very much the serious issue of their clients?

Both. Some because they care, some just for the paycheck. Nobody would be a doctor or a nurse though without being paid, the stress is just too much and the nurses aren't paid enough to begin with.

I guess some would be in it for the money, however most people in these professions are genuinely caring and compassionate I have found. Especially teachers, they have a lot to put up with but basically if they can help they will.

Nobody gives a rats behind about any one else hardships,they just say what sounds good.

I think that people who enjoy working w/ people are mostly sincere. And that's a good thing.
