Men have to work much harder to understand a woman who is talking about three different subjects at the same time. We are required to by mind-readers and remember every date from the day we met, 1st base, what she wore etc.
We have to advise on clothing and give the correct answer to 'does my bum look big in this'
which is a no win question!
We have only a one week window each month where we can relax a little because pre and post PMT. Women do not accept that men have good week and bad weeks so we have to be just how they want us all the time. Guard up and carefull of every word we say.

I think that the women work more in a relationship. Relationships need so much work because there is always a constant building of trust and commitment and to keep relationship healthy there MUST be communication.

Women work harder at relationships than men. Men seem to think that they can just give up once they have a woman. They don't think they have to work to keep her.

It definately depends on the relationship. You have to be totally in to each other and not just one more into the other. But i'd say that women do more of the emotional support and men do more of the physical support.

It takes alot of physical and mental energy out of both parties the man and the woman that is why today with the fast speed of pace in the modern world relationships are not sustainable any longer and hardly many people take the concept of marriage seriously any more .the whole world of human kind is crumbling into the sheet house.

men, and women should appreciate that. But it should be equal, though men are the ones constantly trying to keep the girl happy. After all she's a princess and she won't have it any other way.

Well you know what, were the kings and we put a lot of effort in to keeping our kindom in a happy working order, but it is under our domain and our control.

the ''hunter'' man is programmed to provide for a living, do and fix things,,, but not well programmed to listen, talk and be supportive emotioanlly... while women are the nurturing source, caring, good listeners blah blah blah!!
both roles have evolved but not alot..
women seem to do alot of work trying to nurtur and have even a harder job trying make men nurturers as well..
it is hard for men to be as nurturers as women and they will never be spontaneous in this sense..
so when men try to do something that is not natural to them it is really hard and i believe they have done a very good job if we compare them to the old 'hunter'...

so both men and women do work really hard...

relationships need alot and ''constant'' work cuz they need establishment and then maintenance or maybe feeding in... maybe cuz people change, life circumstances change, and the roles change as well..
so relationships need to adapt to the changes in order to last ..

Most of the work in any relationship is essentially communication and adaptation. Females tend to have the potential for better communication skills and they can put that advantage to work in relationships more than males. But, males tend to have the potential for better adaptation skills and they can put that advantage to work in relationships more than females. In other words, for a relationship to work, the female should doing the talking and the male should say, "Yes, dear."
