Virtually every man with access to a measuring tool and some privacy will measure his penis at some time in his life. Some even do it often. I don't think I have met a guy yet that didn't know about how long theirs was. Some also measure circumference. I measure once in a while, just to satisfy my own curiosity.

Just people who think of themselves and not of others. Mentally challenged people that have nothing more to do other then measuring their penis. Young men and older men that do not understand that size of the penis is not important. It is not the size that counts as it is how the man makes love to the loving partner. Also maybe some gays that like to rip open new openings in their partners rears. As they all know that spreading HIV is one way of treating the decease.
