It's a beach town in New Jersey, a prominent part of the Jersey shore. Features shopping, boardwalk, rides, amusements, waterparks, lots of hotels, an awesome tram car, beautfiful beaches, great Salt Water Taffy(Douglas Fudge) and lots of other great stuff.

Unfortunately, it also features sleazy t-shirt shops that rip people off, obnoxious kids, a low class crowd, and for some reason, really, really pregnant(and I mean POPPING out) chicks in tight clothing, or worst of all, thong bikinis.

Wildwood, New Jersey is a town in South Jersey. It is pretty close to Cape May. I love Wildwood. Wildwood has great beaches and really great hotels and restaurants. It has a magnificent boardwalk with great rides and attractions. The boardwalk goes on forever and you can ride the tram-car all along the boardwalk. If you type Wildwood, NewJersey in your search engine you can watch the video.

i recommend trying another beach resort. dirty sand and smells bad. go further north (into NY) or south into Delaware (Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island) along the Atlantic and even into Maryland (Ocean City).

if you must go to Wildwood, look up the city under the Chamber of Commerce for Wildwood, NJ, with an address of a business on the beach then go to www.mapquest.com and get a map with directions.

i got sick from something that was in the water the last time i was there - never again.

Its a city on the new jersey shore that has a boardwalk with shops and a fairground set-up, water parks and rollercoaster rides. theres a tram car (trolley bus) that will take you up and down the different piers (about 4) that drives everyone nuts repeating "watch the tram car please" because spending a day there you will hear it a hundred times.
