Darwin would say it's evolutionary. Big breasts - more milk for children, more chances of survival.
By the way, is it universally true? I don't think oriental women have big breasts and they are still very attractive

Simply because over the years we men have been conditioned to treat the breast as a sexual object. aait basically goes along with the objectification of women thats been going on since adam and eve.
