Yeah. I got mine done for my 19th b-day and am 28 and haven't taken out (except to clean) They've got all kinds of different mouth jewelry out there which i love. Right now I'm sportin' some glow-n-the dark 8-balls which by bf seems to enjoy

I had my tongue pierced when I was 21, I'm 25 now. My husband is 36 and still has his tongue ring too. We may eventually take them out but I'm so used to mine that it feels weird without it. If you're into body piercing then it's cool, if you're not into it then you're not going to think it's cool. But, to each his own.
